Current plan review Crown first undergoes a thorough review of your current health plan, incorporating existing data and pertinent historical events. 2. New plan customization and employee education Drawing on employee requirements, the organization’s financial parameters, and our knowledge of the latest plan offerings and funding options, Crown develops a plan strategy to balance all of the coverage requirements. Crown can conduct open forum, “town hall-style” seminars with management and employees to provide straightforward answers on the costs and benefits of health care options. 3. Provider sourcing and rate negotiation Once a plan is reached that provides for the needs of all parties, Crown will prepare and send out requests for proposals to health care providers. Using our experience, financial expertise, and a computerized system tailored to analyze the bidding process we then negotiate the lowest possible rates without compromising the coverage provided. 4. Enrollment and ongoing administration Crown has developed a full complement of administrative services designed to smooth the enrollment process and handle employee questions and concerns. Crown conforms employee information into a database for rapid access, to provide reports, and to help locate opportunities for further savings on subsequent enrollments.  |
